I now think my first freewrite was unsuccessful, so I decided to do another. After a second freewrite I have come up with a completely new topic. For my new topic I want to explore the human fascination with fictional storytelling and how it effects our society,our beliefs, and our actions. I think my first freewrite was unsuccessful because I focused too much on sticking to a single subject that ended up going nowhere. For my second freewrite I tried to write about as many topics as I could think of and eventually I came up with one I liked.
